Ya that state is turning into California soon if not already.  Our gov wanted an insane 20 cents a gal on gas for roadwork.  We already have road construction every year and a budget for it.  One of the biggest complaints I hear is about all the delays this construction makes.  We have also a surplus but yet more tax dollars are demanded.  Our citizens are not a open bank account.  We have to live within our budgets and so should every state and local government and certainly our US government.  They refuse to set a balanced budgets that have priorities.  I have read that the US has been doing even duplicate spending up to 250 billion per year.    It costs us taxpayers over 200 billion for the care of Illegal immigrants    and more wasteful spending.  Stuff like that should be targeted.  This is why voting is important.  good luck.
