Thought I would throw in my sad attempt at a hamburger. Warning I never messure anything.
 I use 93-7 blend hamburger but to each their own. I normally work with about one bl and season with Mrs. Dash(garlic &Herb), minced onion, garlic powder ,seasoned salt and a little lemon pepper. Mix seasoning into hamberger and let set for how ever long the family will wait.  Grill to the point of being done but still good and juicy. If I cook on the stove I maintain a little water in the pan. Can also cover with what ever BBQ sauce you like.

i make little silver dollar sized burgers and salt and pepper
and fry in beer, when the beer evaporates they are done.

For my every day burgers, I mix worchestershire sauce in with the meat.  Pat out the burgers.  Sprinkle em with garlic powder, season salt, and season pepper.  If no kids are joinin in, I might dust em with red pepper too.

Uh oh gettin hungry again.    ::popcorn::

 ok  i do things a llittle  diffrent (go figure) . i dice up onion very very small  dices  and green pepper  also  fresh garlic, about two tablespoons per pound on the garlic, and one onion  and one green pepper per pound.  fold it all together  add ahalf a cup of A 1  and half a cup of worsterchire  and  mix again. let this mixture ferment fora day. make your burgers  any size   and gril them to your taste.
