High Banks Ice Report!

We were really hopeful that we would have enough ice for vehicle traffic this weekend. Sorry, that is not the case.  We are seeing 12-13" of ice.  We need a minimum of 14" for our plow trucks.  HOWEVER!! WE WILL BE ALLOWING ATVS AND SNOWMOBILES.  Access fees are $15.  If you would like to camp in our parking lot with your wheel house you may do so for a camping fee/$35 for 3 nights.  Ring the doorbell at the south lodge door for assistance. We will be expecting your cooperation with covid rules.  We will have bait/convenience items/lp fill station/showers/lake maps and pizza carry out available.  Thank you for choosing High Banks Resort. Are they driving out on Osakis Mike?  I used to rent a fish house there years ago and my buddies or brothers would meet me there.  Had a great time.

side by sides, but seen some small cars out there yesterday..  so it won't be long..  had a side by side go swimming last weekend by Battle Point...

Some small trucks out on the ice at Geiger's on Bowstring the last couple days. Looks like maybe even a 1/2 ton sitting out in front of the lodge this morning.

They have been driving full size trucks with wheel houses out of Geigers for two days now.
