So while deer hunting with Deadeye last week.  We noticed a lot of beaver activity not far from the trestle bridge.  Since I was going to be setting traps with Gavin on the beaver opener we came up with a plan of attack.  We set 3 traps for beaver that looked perfect.   Mother nature had other plans.  She froze the pond up before the beavers could find our traps.  As Gavin was walking across the trestle Bridge he noticed a small game trail going through the swamp grass.  He put a trap right in the middle of the trail.  He was rewarded with 2 very large raccoons.  The male was nearly pitch black.  The female was just as big as the male and had absolutely perfect fur.

Gavin was on the ball finding that trail. Congratulations, Gavin.
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.
