    Here you go . this recipe was named by my friends  and inspired  by porky's flame'in pork burger  in fredrickburg texas. this is my version . 


      2 pounds of lean hamburger
      6 cloves of garlic
      1 medium onion
      1 medium green pepper
      3 jelopenos
      1/4 cup of A 1  steak sauce
      1/4 cup of liquid smoke
      1/4 cup of worcestershire
      1 teaspoon of kosher salt
      1 tablespoon of black pepper


  Mince the garlic , onion,green pepper and jelopenos. (seed and devien the jelopenos) . Make sure you mince them as small as you can . In a glass bowl , mix all ofthe ingredients together. refigerate  for 24 to 48 hours.  take out ofthe fridge and letthe meeat come to almostroom temp. (around an hour) Make into patties . cook on the grill .
