I have a 03 Tracker Tundra and can't get the bilge pump to work, it worked last fall but not now.  ANybody have any idea where I should start?

The previous post sounds like good advise. Did you have the drain plug out of your boat over the winter and did you swab out any area moisture before storing. Hopefully you had the boat tong tilted way up high to keep the fall moisture from pooling up near the pump.
If not the pump could have froze and cracked.

 Take off the cover and spin the impeller by hand to see if it's bound up. It could have fishing line under it. The impeller should pull off with a steady upward pressure. Try to run without the impeller and listen if the motor sounds smooth or erratic. The brushes in the motor may be worn, If so just buy a new pump.

That's a wet damp area where the wires are connected so make sure your wiring contacts are clean and test for power first thing.
