I am looking for a cabin/vacation house on the SE side of the lake.  I am not a realtor, just a sportsman who wants a place on a great lake.  If you are interested in selling or know someone who is interested, please let me know.  It will be a cash deal and am very flexible about closing.  Please send me a PM or shoot me an e-mail.

Thanks,

A friend of mine has a 5 bedroom house in Wigwam Bay, 2 car attached garage, 3 levels, 5 br, 3 bath, 2 decks, bar and huge yard.

He mentioned last year that he may be selling it, his wife has a bad back and doesn't like fishing on the rough lake, they were looking for another cabin on a smaller lake in the area.

I'll find out if they are still selling and the price.

ps. I personally do not want them to sell, I'll lose my vacation house. ;D

Not sure of your eventual end result, but my father has a trailer for sale out of Trotter's Resort just outside of Garrison.  1994 Dutchman 36' with a double slideout at $9,500 (includes half of the $1,500 2007 lot rent already paid).  Needs a weekend of TLC and after that, you are set!

Thanks,
I would have to fight the seagulls on the rock & I know they would win.   :bandana:

I am looking for a lake home/cabin with 3 bedrooms, over 100 ft. of shoreline, & that I can use for sleddin' & fishin' in the winter

If you are in the area take that frontage road that runs from Johnsons Portside north along the lake. It goes around the bays. It seems that every year I see a for sale sign on at least a couple houses/cabins. I believe it is called Vista. If you go from Johnsons Portside to Anglers Paradise it is the road that runs between the two. Hope that makes sense.
