Not so much Bonehead.  I go further than most, but other than a little precise cellophane removal (usually the potato product) and proper placement in said microwave, not really.  There can be a rotation issue mid-way through the "cooking" process.  Also proper seasoning can be important to overcome the flavors of preservatives and additives placed in "frozen fresh single guy entrees".  Prep time is minimal though.  Simply debox, decell, place, and cook.  Thanks for the questions on my techniques.  Keep 'em coming.  I am a guru in this area.

The good old hamburger.  I switched my seasonings.  Now I use worchestershire sauce, garlic powder and season salt.  If no kids are eating then I might toss a little red pepper on them.

Uncle Dave, if you want to hone your skills a little more, try giving you meal a stir or flip 1/2 way through.  I think thats how the fancy chefs do it.

I love pizza...reffer to your other bbq topic! I love making any kind of beef or pork. When i do them i marinate them in salad dressings for at least 1hr. It gives you alot of different flavors. Try it you'll be surprised. :chef:

chicken is my fav! Or ribs... or Steak ... or...

And  the bwst one off the grill when you get home from fishing...

This one takes a bit of time, but if your looking to put on a special meal for a special someone... This is the one. I'll start with a list of things you will need...

1 block of velveta cheese
1 red 1 yellow and 1 green bell pepper
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 pound "fresh mushrooms"
bread crumbs
2 eggs
milk
1 pint heavy cream
2 pounds "Fresh Fish Of Your Choice"
olive oil
butter
chicken bullion
angel hair pasta
oregano
basil
salt & pepper

First in a sauce pan pour in the pint of heavy cream, and on LOW LOW LOW heat start to get it hot, but not to a boil, it will break/curdle if you do this too fast, while this is getting hot add 1 chicken bullion cube or about one tea spoon of paste to it so it dissolves.

In a separate saute pan get about a half of stick of butter and about 4 table spoons of olive oil HOT add the chopped onion, bell peppers and mushrooms and cook until nice and done/soft. and set it aside on a paper towel to drain the oil and butter.

Go back to the sauce pan and start to add "Velveta cheese" little cubes work best and let them melt into the cream, about 2 cups of cheese works best.

You can now get some water boiling for the pasta later, I like to add a pinch of salt and some oil so the pasta wont stick.

beat the two eggs and add a little milk for an egg wash, cut your fish into small chunks, I like 1" X 3" pieces, coat them in the bread crumbs and on low heat in a little oil in the same pan you cooked the veggies in cook the fish until golden brown(Done)

Now combine the cheese sauce to the veggies and mix well, drop your pasta into the hot water, add the oregano and basil and 2 cloves of minced garlic to the cheese & veggies mix well salt and pepper to taste.

When the pasta is done drain it, pile a bit of it on a plate, top the pasta with some of the cooked fish chunks, then spoon the cheese & Veggie mixture over the fish and pasta. I promise.... This dish is well worth the time.
