I'm sure some of you know this one but it works well if you don't ..

Wrap your grill rack in aluminum foil and place back in the grill after you have warmed it up. This will bake the grease and food right off.  It works really well.

Or you could turn up the flames on high and close the lid for 5 minutes then use you grill brush. Flakes right off.
You never see a FLAG BURNING at a GUN SHOW.
