 OK ok  i will go first. i have not won anything........... but .....  i came here in jan. looking for ice conditions  and ice fishing reports. well .................... i never left. i found the information on this site to be fantastic. the friends i have made are life long and the feeling of belonging to a very large outdoor family hooked me for life. the folks on here don't get any better. so if you want to hunt  , fish  , hang out , chat  ,  or  post information  ....  this is the site.  THANK YOU MNO  FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!!  THANK YOU TO MY FRIENDS ON HERE  YOU ARE ALL TRUELY ONE OF A KIND .....  A SPECIAL THANKS TO THE STAFF MEMEBRS  AND OWNERS  FOR ALLOWING ME TO BECOME A STAFF MEMBER !!

Here to testify.  Found this site in January (I think) and just really liked being able to get info about hunting and fishing right here locally.  I don't like the world wide ones because I only hunt/fish in MN due to time and money.  Anyway, the welth of info from the folks here is unreal.  Want info on something technical with some equipment?  Ask on that specific forum or even look back in the files.  Example - I wanted info on how to tell different species of ducks apart.  I looked waaaay back in that forum and there it was.  I had a battery charging problem; asked and answered immediatly.  New to the state and want to find a place to shoot, hunt, fish.....folks here know and share.  My kids all signed up and my oldest boy was the lucky winner of a Don Stenneth (sp?) print of a buck.  Then I won a tattoo contest.  Fun contests going on ALL THE TIME!!  For anyone who is new here, you'll love this site.  You'll meet new friends and find things to do with old friends -- heck even young friends  :ROTFLMAO: You know what I mean.  The atmosphere is very welcoming.  Try the chat room and just find out what I mean.

I was invited to MNO by my buddy Outdoors Junkie. He said he came across a cool new site, that was only a few months old, that was dedicated to MN Hunters and Fishermen and thought I would appreciate it. I logged on and checked it out and liked what I saw so I kept checking in every once in awhile to see what was going on with the site and check out what people were posting. Well as the site grew, so did my appreciation and love of the MNO site.

Because of MNO, I have acquired a new love of fishing along with my son. For the previous 18-20 years I have been a deer hunter, but had not fished since probably my Junior High School days. In reading through many of the personal fishing reports from other members on MNO, as well as the Fishing with the Pro's articles my desire to get out and wet some line continued to grow until I finally made some plans to go out fishing with a couple of new friends that I have made on MNO; Holdemtwice and Rchaze. Since then, my son and I have been able to get out fishing several times each month and we have some very fun memories together of those times.

If it were not for MNO, I probably would not have persude fishing this summer and we would have missed out on all the great memories that we have shared together already. Thank you Outdoors Junkie for turning me on to MNO and to the members and staff of MNO for providing all of us a place to come and hang out with friends, share our stories and experiences, and increase our knowledge and appreciation of all the great things that the MN Outdoors have to offer!      ::
