The Crappies were biting pretty good yesterday but the recommendation from my contact is to stay off the ice in your vehicle. He took his 4-wheeler. You break through the crust in the truck and don't know if you are going to stop going down. There is also a lot of slush on top to push. Still plenty of ice.
