As fisher trapping comes to a end my final count is 2 males. The only two fisher trapped in Becker county, (so they tell me at the DNR registration office).

Down from last year big time. I think it is due to a lot of trappers were out last year with the high fur prices and the warmer weather. With all that the total fisher taken in becker county last year was around 30 some.

Now on to some thing differnt maybe Yotes,fox and beaver they seam to be paying ok on them.

This is my first visit to this site.  I love the outdoors and miss living in North America.  Prior to '98 I was married and living in Connecticut.  I currently reside in Southwest Florida (Naples). 

I'm 53 and single, no kids . . . . I seek friendship with other people in my age bracket.  Would love to go ice fishing!  As a matter-of-fact, I wrote an artice titled "Gift ideas for the ice fisher in your life" and submitted it to Helium.com.  It was published today.

Debby you might want to think about coming up for the Eelpout Festival in February. I'm pretty sure you could get a whole years worth of ideas for articles to write about.
