walked out on silver tonight about 30-40ft theres about 3 inches , off the east point , i saw a hole drilled out that wasent iced over yet , i think someone was just checking though ,   almost time  :party1: :party1: :party1:

I live close by more for the Ice season I am normally on WBL chasing the Slab crappies and early ice Ices !!

that lake certaon times of the year produce nice crappies , early ice  by the east point ... bt yeah wbl too ;D

im all over , but i did see some portables out on mud lake off 94 there , one guy even had his sled out there  :bonk:
got to be at least 6-7 inches out there , i walked out on silver again and drilled a hole  theres about 4 inches in the east bay now for sure , and alot of tracks

Saw lots of tracks and a couple of holes popped on Beaver Lake .. Was on the way to work so I could not stop. Saw alot of track on Demotroville But I did not walk out...

yeah , i live right by beaver  i was gonna check it out  maybe tommorow i will see how much ice there is

Hit a lot of the lakes over there WBL Olson/Demontreville/Jane

along with the rest of them !


WBL is a tough lake to crack I have been fishing it for on and off for 10years still dont have it figured out !

Have not been out there lately but usally start at BelAire Beach it is easy to get on there

yeah i live right on hoyt and whitebear ave kiddy corner to the ol hafner bowling center yea whitebear is a tough one to figure out , you really gotta move with the fish ive found out , i got a few nice lil holes for early ice we can tackle though :toast:

My Grandma used to live right there uncle still does. The only block left since the floods they turned the other 2-3 blocks into a park !! He lives on hoyt right by the old bank

wagz , no i never been to neumans ,i really dont do the bar thing to much anymore , to expensive rather spend money on my icefishing stuff  ;D ill have an occasional drink or 2 at home though :tequila;

bar down on stillwater and hazel, the old bensens.
suppose to have decent food there.

havent tried them yet, we always go to the 5-8 for
lunch. not to bad of food there. going out to plow

Repo, I did not get out on it but there are still a few houses on it. I have fished it alot in the winter but mainly for pike. There are alot of sunnies in there and I have never gotten any with any size to them. Rumor was a few years ago they but perch in and for a few years after that you could get a few jumbos out of there but I think those days are gone as I have not gotten a decent perch out of there in a least 2 years.
They stocked it with channel cats too in the last couple of years never caught one but I bet that would be fun through the ice !

Mainly an eater size pike lake ...
