How do you get a buddie list started and how do you get to it?

Just click on a person's user name to get to their profile.  In the middle near their email address is "add to buddy list."  Once on your list, you'll see their name high lighted in bold when you log in, look on the main page down on the right hand side where it shows whos all logged in.
