Going to be close to have the ice out by the opener.
The last few cold evenings have hurt the early ice out hopes we had, but a few warm days are predicted with some wind and rain which should help immensely.

The ice on the lakes varies in thickness, but it is not very solid, and the rivers are open.

We will be posting ice conditions on an every other day basis so you can plan your early season fishing trips accordingly.
