ok am i the only one who has noticed for as long as i have known its always been gorgeous out the day before opener and the day after opener but opener its self is always cold rainy and windy. now i was out from midnight saturday morning to 11pm saturday night, but i was completely frozen. who else has noticed this weather lol

good point Cody. That is one reason I wait until later to hit the water. The main reason is I wait until all the guys that go once a year get outta my way.

well my starter lake got real busy and kinda made me mad, and not a thing was biting so i went my backup lake and limited out within 2 hours. and that lake wasnt busy at all

Yeah Ken, Thats the way I have liked to do it also... Cody, Im not sure about the day before, but the Sunday on opener weekend is always the nicest day... its cause its the day ya have to go home! ;)
