As of today Dec-3rd theres about 4 inches of ice on the small bays of Lake Minnetonka. The main lake is still open-like Browns bay ,wayzata bay, and between and to Excelsior bay. BE CAREFULL  tonka has a lot of SPRINGS!   Swede.
