The Vikings still haven't made it official, but Tarvaris Jackson  is expected to start at quarterback Sunday at Arizona in place of the injured Gus Frerotte. Frerotte was listed as doubtful after Friday's practice.

As much as I would like to see the Vikes win this one I think Warner is going to smoke them... TJ will once again prove he is a great High School QB and the rushing game will not score quick enough to keep up with Warner and his trio of receivers.

Detroit was prepared to face Gus and not Tarvaris and that probably made a big difference when he came in the game.  This week Arizona knew who was going to be starting for us even though our idiot coach will not admit it until the last minute thinking he has them fooled.  If I had to guess, which I do, I pick Arizona to win.

This game will come down to the Vikings stopping Warner and the passing game, no doubt he will throw for over 300 yards and a few scores. Arizona also has to face the number 1 run defense and running back in the league, if Jackson can manage the game and keep the turnovers to a minimum we will be just fine. Best part about bashing    TJ is if he plays like he should we win..    Today he had two good throws which he SHOULD make and a half dozen short passes to rb's which the best high school QB SHOULD also make.. He didn't have to do anything else as we all watched AD run all over the Cards.. Game ball to the D for the pressure on Warner. It'd don't get any easier, two tuff games ahead.. and I wish to take my hat off for a moment for the Packers who are going no where ...

WOW indeed!  Just remember.... the last two teams we've played have terrible pass defense's... but still a well all around played game!  Lets see how they finish this season before we call them a great team.  I for one can remember how they were playing just a few weeks ago, calling for T-jacks head and for the hanging of Chilly....  I too though we were gonna get trounced, so this is at least a good sign.... I think Chilly must have had the paper clippings on the board from when the Cards kicked our behind & took us out of the playoffs last time we played them.....
