Thanks to all the snow on the lakes right now, fishing has slowed down a bit.  Many area lakes are flooding, so be prepared to deal with this.

Roads are being plowed an most lakes, but I can't stress enough, please respect the people who are plowing and don't drop your houses in the middle of the plowed roads, this year seems to be a big problem for that. (I know many of us are respectful, just using this as a reminder for those who are not  ;))

Walleyes have slowed down a bit, stil mainly biting on shiners around 18'. Northerns have picked up a bit, many are having luck using any type of spoon. Pan fish have really starting biting on a majority of all lakes.  Main bait is fat heads, crappies, or waxies.  Depths vary alot from lake to lake.  Majority of smaller lakes are not biting til dark, larger lakes it doesn't really seem to matter.

Good luck and Have fun!!

Have you been hearing anything about Big Floyd Lake?  Might head up there this weekend.

Sorry, Haven't heard anything yet.  Fishing has slowed down a bit in the last week.  Crappies are hitting a little better.  Walleyes are really slow right now with all the snow/storms in the last couple weeks.  Please be careful on the lakes....many are flooding really bad, some have large areas of pooled water, and many people are getting stuck.  If I happen to hear anything today I will let ya know.  Hopefully you have some luck!!
