Just going through the archives this evening and came across this video. I had forgot about it for a while.

Anyways, we went to a lodge called Seven Pines in Wisconsin courtesy of Dan Brown the lodge guide. I filmed and my girlfriend at the time and friend Tom fished. While watching the video keep in mind two things that I think make this video special:

#1- It was Rachels first time ever touching a fly rod. Dan spent about 20 minutes teaching her how to cast before hitting the stream, by the end she was an old pro!

#2- This stream is a natural stream and IS NOT stocked. It is MANAGED for trout. See what CATCH and RELEASE can do!!!!

It was a great day and although it was almost 3 years ago it still feels like yesterday. Thanks again to Dan Brown and Seven Pines Lodge!!!  www.sevenpineslodge.com

(This is a pretty huge file so if you do not have high speed you may be waiting a while....)

I've never been trout fishing, looks like a very peaceful, relaxing time.  Nice job on the video!

OK I think its time for summer again! I'm not a huge fisherman but that looks like fun.    :fishing2:
