Otter Tail
Has anyone been out on Otter Tail? How are the driving conditions? Snow? Slush? Crusty crap making it impossible to go off the plowed road with a pick up? How about the fishing: Any luck? Pan fish? Walleyes? Any info would be great! Thak you!
