Tomorrow night the Vikings will kick off their first preseason game against Randy Moss and the Raiders.

What do you expect from coach Brad Childress lead Vikes?

Can Brad Johnson get the Vikes into the playoffs?

Is Chester Taylor the answer at running back?

Lots of questions surround the Vikes, what are your thoughts?

I for one am glad a healthy Matt Birk is back this year to anchor the middle of the offensive line!

Nothing less than 10-6 is expected from me. I looked over the schedule and predict at least 10-6.

I also think 10-6 could win the division this year, 11-5 will for sure.

I don't see the Bears playing like last year at all, I see them going 9-7.

I see the Lions also playing a little better and finishing 8-8.

The pack will be brutal again and probably finish no better than 8-8 but more than likey 7-9.

I honestly believe the additions of Childress, Taylor, Richardson and Hutch will get us deep into the playoffs, my only real worry is at quaterback. Brad Johnson should be able to stay healthy all season considering he only has to take 2 steps back and throw the ball, Taylors running game will be a huge benefit in keeping Brad off his arse.

I really haven't given it too much thought, I think they will do well for a rebuilding year, but I'm glad to see the last of the sheriffs regime wiped from our feet.
Here's to a long life and a merry one.

He better stay healthy, otherwise they will be in real trouble and might not win a game.

The Minnesota Vikings beat the Ravens 30-7 last night in their 3rd preseason game.  Next up, the Cowboys on Thursday Aug. 31.
