well its good that they stood up in what they think is right and i hope they listen to the people and drop the idea. hunting in the bwca is for the hardcore anyways so why make it easier?

PLENTY!!!   Thats why someone wants to make it easier for themselves to hunt in there.

Leave it to the hunters that want to put in the extra work.  They deserve to have it stay that way.
Anything that is free is worth saving up for.

I'm certain there are a bunch of big ones. I'm just guessing here but also assuming that's why someone brought it up. I'm also assuming they(who ever brought this up) are to lazy to put in the effort the hunt requires. Some places are not meant to be easy hunting.

if any of you are members of the MDHA look at the summer issue of WhiteTALES and there is a journal of a guy and his buddies hunt up there from last year..I believe he took two 150+ class bucks out of there. It's a real treat if you can slam a monster after putting all that work in, and those two guys did.

Just courious why most people think it would be less work just because the season is in October.  I think it would still require the same amount of work, as November just colder and possibly frozen.
