It was a tough week for traveling on the lake.  All of the rain and warm weather changed things up.  Now we have got the trail back in shape and things are looking good.

Fishing was good for the week.  We had some days were there were many nice keeping size Walleye caught and yesterday there was a great run of the 24-28 inch Walleye biting.  The warmer temperature days were slow.  Still getting a lot of those little Sauger biting.  We were unable to get to far out since the warmer weather set in.  The bite up north should be taking off about now.  We are expecting some great catches this week.

It looks like the rest of the week is supposed to be in the single digits or zero.  Hopefully we do not have to deal with any more warm ups until late March.  Stable weather is what we are looking for.
