My trap team needs one or two people to shoot trap on Tuesday nights.
This is a straight up team score trap league, we shoot every Tuesday night at around 6:30 PM.

We like to have 7 people to have on a team so we can rotate people in to cover others who need a day off.

We now have 5 for sure and one who will shoot if we really need him to.

Women are more than welcome and so are rookie shooters not sure if we can have a young person or not I will assume we can .
It's a fun team who joke around and have a good time but we also like to shoot as well as we can.

If your intrested just PM me, we will take first come first in.

Thanks, Benny

Spuds,

These are things we need to know... ;)I did shoot @ forest lake last night, shot the new benelli "Vinci" sweet semi auto shotgun, infact maybe the lightest felt recoil 12ga I've shot,I ran 50rds of AA 11/8TH #8's through it on the front course, very light weight and smooth, good thing I don't need another shotgun  ;)

Never know about retirement,Rick called again the other night, had snivel in my ear all night ;D Hell if he comes up with a good deal on sporting clays I might just bite.

How about you, been to the club lately? Here from Tony Baloney?

We shoot at Beaverbrook gun club in EastBethel, Tuesday nights at 6 PM and we shoot 20 weeks.

My team is usualy in A class, but that all depends on how good or bad we shoot in the first four weeks.

The first two weeks are shot at 16yds, third and fourth weeks are shot at 20yds.
Then those scores determen what class your in, after those four weeks we go back to 16yds for 8 weeks then 20yds for 8 weeks.

Class trophys, team high, and top gun trophys awarded, plus a food banquet at season end.

The first 4 weeks there are a lot of sand baggers, but it seems I have heard that nickname out there often.

Benny,

Weasel is a great guy, just pokin fun...He shoots on two teams there.

He's also the only guy I know that left Mn In the fall as an A shooter, spent a couple months shooting and living @ the Red Mountain gun club in AZ and came back a D shooter, well that was until the Mn state shoot, then he ran the singles for championship and shot a 98 in doubles (D class as well)

Have fun this summer.

HA HA, that's funny.

Beaverbrook attracts a lot of the ATA shooters.

Yeah, beaver brook is known for cheap marathon targets,we would shoot 3,4 and sometimes 5hundred rds a few years back for $16 per 100 targets.Never did like the background there.

We cut the treed trees back about 20 yards last fall, but you still have the sky line and tree tops to contend with.

Especialy at dusk when the lights first come on.

But it still isn't as bad as Crow River club, thier background is uneven tree tops and now the new bridge makes you feel like your shooting at the cars going by.
