I mainly hunt pheasants these days....

I am thinking about getting back into Deer hunting this year to some capacity.

I took last year off completely of deer.

How about you?

Deer only.  I would like to get into hunting some type of bird, but I don't know what yet.  It would never compare to deer hunting though.  There is nothing like shooting a deer then sticking your arms in there to pull the guts out.

My favorite animal to hunt is deer.  I also hunt ducks, geese, pheasants, and grouse.  I am planning on going on my first turkey hunt next year in S.D.

I hunt only pheasants in Mn, Iowa, ND and SD.
I fish not because I regard fishing as being so terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant - and not nearly as much fun.? Robert Traver "Anatomy of a Fisherman"

I hunt deer during the archery season, but that has been taking a back seat to pheasant and grouse recently. I still go to Wisconcin for a week in November and usually fill a tag there, but I haven't been hunting in Minnesota as much, in fact I'm not sure if I even put up a tree stand in a Minnesota tree last year.

There isn't a thing I don't hunt trap or fish. Some I never have but want to. One fact is that the animals I want to pursue the most are the ones that I never have before. The easiest way to put it is the ones I havn't. I'm just refering to the ones in MN.

I havn't hunted Moose, Elk, Prarie chickens

I havn't trapped Marten or bobcat

I havn't fished for sturgeon.

Deer primarily, bow and gun.  Gonna pick up a muzzleloader this fall.  The 8-day shotgun season in Zone 2 is waaaaay too short for my liking.  I get out for pheasant and grouse, too.  Sorta been away from waterfowling these past few years.  Should get back into that more.  With the boys getting older, I'm sure we'll get out for ducks on a more regular basis.

Waterfowl is my passion..Ducks and geese rule my life

I still hunt Grouse alot and NEVER miss deer season.

I hunt Pheasants atleast once a year...there are no Pheasants where I live

Also anything legal to kill when a field gets it!

 We eat everything we kill

The only reason I have not killed a certain animal is, I can't afford to get to where that anilmal is.

My love for guns also cuts into my hunting travel money..thats another sickness but one I don't mind!

I fish hard from ice out to about Aug. then hunting takes over.

Ice fish alot during? early ice...Then snowmobiling takes over.

? I snowmobile, ATV and street bike...I'm always doing something that goes with the season.

All I know is, when I kick the bucket..The wife should have a awesome auction LOL!

Primarily i hunt for deer, but have got into pheasant hunting last year.  I still do more bow hunting for deer.  Hunting for pheasant on public land kind of seems like a losing battle.

Goose and ducks are #1 then grouse and pheasants. I don't do any large game hunting. I like to do some fishing.

I mainly hunt deer. I do try to get a couple weekends of grouse and try to get some late season rabbit hunting. I use to hunt ducks and geese but time has not allowed it the last three or four years.
I really want to hunt moose.

Most recently I am a pheasant hunting fanatic thanks to the purchase of my dog a couple years ago. I go out almost every weekend. Aside from that I rifle hunt deer and used to bow hunt as well but it has been a few years now. I was out grouse hunting over the new years weekend and would like to do more of that when the numbers come back up. We are now entering ice fishing and snowmobiling time so you will find me on or near mille lacs for the remainder of the winter.

I hunt deer with muzzleloader.  I will hunt deer with centerfire rifle if my buddy is free (he owns land up north).

Otherwise I hunt squirrel, rabit and pheasants.

I did shoot a cow once (intentionaly, and at the request of a friend whom owned the extremely mean cow).

I get out and hunt ducks, pheasants, geese, deer, bear, and turkeys.

Shot my second bear this past year with my bow.   Man that was fun.
All I wanna know is, are we going to be cramped?

Nice video. I went bear hunting about three years ago. Had my dad doing the baiting for me as I could not get up there every weekend. Was all set for opener when I had a family situation come up and could not go. I went second weekend only to find out the neighbor got the bear I had coming in. I think he said it dressed out at about 385 pounds. Sounds like a big one to me but I am a total amature when it comes to bears so maybe it isnt a very big one. Years ago at my parents place we used to have six or seven around all the time. Then it seems that all at once they were gone.

I hunt pheasant, duck and now predators. I hunted deer for about 8 yrs with out getting one. I saw plenty just never got the shot. This whole predator thing really has me goin though. I haven't shot one yet but its coming. To sit and have one come into the call is really an awesome thing. I'm half deaf so that adds to the challenge because i cannot allways distinguish what direction noises are coming from. Benn pheasant hunting all my life. Theres is nothing more satisfying than watching the dogs work well. As for public lands that is where I do most of my hunting I have been having a fair amount of luck. I just kind of know where to find the birds on those lands. Lets not forget how cool it is to see the wing set of a flock of green heads into the deecs.
