Looking for input about buying a new gun safe.  I have it narrowed down to Liberty and Browning.  Any thoughts, suggestions, or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I have one with the electronic lock and love it.  Quick access if you go into it often.

I bought one a couple of years ago and it is already full.  I am happy with it but should have gotten a larger one.  So my suggestion is buy bigger than you think you will need.

This is the best advice i could give you also.  My neighbor down the road sells gun safes.  He always advises his customers to get a bigger one then they think.  He said most of them don't and end up buying another one from him in a year or two and trade the smaller one back in.  Make sure you check the fire rating.  But if you've been doing you homework I'm sure you've already looked into that.

These guys are right, size does matter.  I have a 36X22X60 and use most of it.  I keep a lot of stuff besides guns (important papers etc).  I see Tractor Supply's latest flyer has a Cannon on sale for around $600.

The smaller ones do suck.  Every time you want a certin gun, it's in the back. Then you have to move all the other ones to get at it. You also seem like you are cramming them in there, risking scratching them.
