Attn: MN Pheasant Hunters ...

It's been quite a few years since I have pheasant hunted and would like to get back into it. Sad thing is that most of my hunting partners have retired their dogs or don't go pheasant hunting anymore. Unlike grouse, a lone pheasant hunter with no dog doesn't have much success!

So ... are there any responsible groups that would welcome an additional experienced hunter/shooter (35+ yrs) to join them for a few in-state hunts this fall (MN areas only)??

Here's the deal - If anyone is willing to let me join their group, let's first meet prior to season to see how we hit it off and if we'd enjoy hunting together. I'm choosy about who I hunt with and hope you are too (safety first, birds second!).  For me, hunting is more about enjoying the outdoors and comradeship than harvesting game ... but getting birds in your game bag sure helps to top off the day!
