save money at Joes?

Exactly. I'm sorry, I cannot believe that place stays in business. I went to this "sale" and was shocked. I then went inside to see more of their sale... I was confused. I was looking at a Scent Blocker jacket that was from last year. The "retail" price was $20 more than the retail price at Gander and at Fleet Farm. Fleet Farms retail price is 10 less than Ganders. The sale price at Joe's was the same as the retail at Fleet Farm which is 149.99 and the jacket is on sale at Fleet Farm for 120. Follow all that? Moral of the story...  :doah:

I didn't look too much more but its been the same thing for the last 15 years I have been shopping there. There must be some decent competetive pricing there because people do keep coming back. Maybe it just happend to be the items I want.

Really? I thought the sale was great, and the best deals were in the tent itself, the rest of the store had 20-30% off.I worked the ammo display for Hevi Shot, sold a ton of the new hevi metal loads for less money than what GM is advertising.,$19.95/box.

The reason they do and have such good business IMOP is they have knowledgable staff and quality equipment unlike fleet farm and staff @ GM,you have to beat the bushes to find someone and hope they don't stare at you when you ask a question and say "huh",anyway its all good and if you guys need a good gunsmith they have a great one that leases a spot @ Joe's,he's also a 'master class" sporting clays shooter so he's well virst in gunfit, big plus for us shooters.
