BOMBSHELL - in Scent Lok Lawsuit

In light of the fact that I have sent e-mails pertaining to everything I know about Scent Lok to the major publications, and I know that many of the major hunting publications have been, or will be, subpoenaed in the Scent Lok lawsuits, and with this newest information, I would think that no publication would want to accept advertising dollars from Scent Lok.

This just went up on my website e-magazine - which is the only publication to keep hunters informed about the truth of activated carbon, and the only publication to up to date hunters on the facts in the Scent Lok trial:

In the recent subpoenas and newest lawsuit in New York, activated carbon clothing manufacturer Scent Lok is accused of concealing evidence when it failed to report and make known that Scent Lok Pro Staffers Lee and Tiffany Lekosky, and Myles Keller, reportedly told Scent Lok owners that, while wearing Scent Lok clothing, they were being winded by deer.

These statements should have been made known to both the courts and the public, so that prospective buyers of Scent Lok clothing (which the manufacturers have claimed "works on 100% of your scent 100% of the time" and will leave the wearer "completely scent free") could make an informed decision before they purchased Scent Lok Clothing.
Anyone who believes the Scent Lok misrepresented their product, and would like to get their money  back, should contact the layers at info@heinsmills.com. It is FREE to join the lawsuit. .

if anyone really truely beleived that it elimantes your scent 100% of the time then its there own fault. i own scent lok and love it, did i beleive the gimick(sp) no but its warm, light weight and comfortable. it does work to a certain extent, just like everthing else you cant stop taking percautions just because something claims something. still need to play the wind. my therory is hunt high up in the trees.

this is whats wrong with america today. stuipid ac$ lawsuits. yes they should be confronted about false advertising but come on people. blue is really red... prove me wrong... did these two ask the deer if they smelled them? what precautions did they take? did they take a crap by the stand? who knows but come on! pretty soon your going to have to be a lawyer to be a sales man because before you know it these people will be suing the stores they bought it from!!!!

I'm guessing I,ve had mine for about 3 years now and love it. I have the bag they go in also. I just throw in one of those wafers that is earth smelling and I,m good to go.

What testing or evidence do the manufactures of Scent lok offer to back up this statement?
I have no experience with Scent lok's line of products, but I'm an archery hunter and I smoked while on stand and I shot plenty of deer. I don't doubt that Scent lok products work, In fact I  believe that the clothing does help eliminate scent, but I also believe that Scent lok acted irresponsible when making such claims as "completely scent free". Paying attention to wind direction is still far more important than anything else when it comes to scent.
