Well, today was the first day of school for my kids, and once again...they all left me!!
But this year is different for me then most because for the first time ALL three of our kids are going to be in school ALL DAY LONG!! ...It's killing me, I hate it!  I know some mom's are excited to have their kids be in school all day, ...but I never am.  I feel like 6 hours is a LONG time to be gone, and I hate the fact that my youngest won't be coming home at 11:00, sniffin' his little nose in the air and saying, "Mom, whatchya cookin' for me"?  And I feel like I didn't take enough advantage of the time we had alone last year, and now he is getting to be such a big boy!!! I miss him already!! I want my babies back!!  My daughter couldn't wait to get out the door to school today, she was so excited, and my boy's even seemed a little excited, which kind of surprised me!  My husband called me a little bit ago to see how I was doing...he thinks everything will be just fine, ...he just doesn't get it. Only a mom can understand how this feels... I think maybe I should start drinking some screwdrivers early this afternoon, then everything will get much better, right?  ;D Oh my God, I'd be in GREAT shape by the time the kids and my husband came home, lol!  But then again, maybe I wouldn't be so sad anymore...  (I know my husband would appreciate that!)

  They grow up way, way, way too fast for me!!!! I'm soooo sad!!

Here are a few pictures of them leaving me today.
...Don't they just look soooo miserable???

(...and here are my boys getting distracted by the flock of geese flying above us, they were goose hunting with my husband this weekend.)

My 4 kids are in school today also!!!!!!!   Finally the house is quiet.  They all needed to get back to school, they were getting on each others nerves.  Don't worry GG :queen2: they are in good hands.  How much longer until wrestling starts?

Boy, I don't get too much sympathy from you, do I? "FINALLY, the house is quiet!!"  Good God, were ya kickin' them out the door this morning or what?  ;D Did ya do a little dance in the street after everybody left?  :rotflmao:
And I know they are in good hands, I just wish it wasn't for so long, and not EVERYDAY..more then anything I guess I just wish my littlest one was coming home by lunch time, like he use to.  And I know I will be totally fine, it will just take a while to get use to it.  Or if that doesn't work, ....time to have another baby!!  :woot:

And wrestling doesn't start for another month or so, but that's okay, we have one in football right now and 2 in soccer.  We are gone each night right after dinner, (<if we have time) Monday through Thursday, and football is also almost every Saturday, AND three nights during the week we need to become magicians, because we need to be at three different fields right around the same time.  It's a crazy schedule, and I didn't even include there after school activities, religion classes and girlscouts in there.  I have no idea how single parents do it, we have a hard time with the two of us to do all the running around.  ...so once everybody get's home, it will get hectic again, which is what is normal for us and what I am use to.
CHAOS=HAPPINESS, RIGHT? LOL! Now quit dancin' in the streets and make the kiddies some cookies or somethin', would ya?

My kids were already in school by the time I got home from work.  I got a great long nap because the house was soooooooo quiet.

Dakids, you should of been baking them cookies instead of nappin'!!  training-087  I mean what kind of Dad would do THAT?     ...I know, stupid question! Lol, pretty much ALL of them! ...Well, I at least made some special-k bars for my kids on their first day of school!  (come wrestling season, they can't have things like that anymore, so I have to do it now! lol!)

And Jdrummer, my sweet, little Angels would NEVER run away from ME!!!  :whistling: ...or so I'd like to THINK anyway!!  You better stock up with the SKYY, I'm going to need it!!!!  ;D

BigRed, I'm sure the newest black eye should be coming up REAL soon, it's been a good month since we've had one here, so we are way OVERDUE!!  ;D ...got PLENTY of bumps and bruises from football though!!  And a few more from riding their skateboards off of brick walls, and down staircases....etc.

Also just found out this week, that they might be already starting some wrestling training this weekend down at the U with some of the Gopher guy's at the School of Champions....still not sure though if we can fit it into our schedule. It's every Sunday for the next few months, We can hardly handle the schedule that we have right now! But I know it's a great opportunity for them, ...I guess if we have some more black eyes next week, you'll know we signed up~  ;) lol!

And speaking of UFC, which is my oldest son's newest fetish he is now obsessed with.  Everything is now all about Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Chuck Liddell and few others.  We brought our kids out to watch the last Lesnar fight, which was awesome by the way....all up until the part where he flipped off the crowd, ...which I really didn't appreciate my kids all seeing. The first words out of one of my boys mouth was "OMG Mom, did you just see that?  He just stuck the middle finger up, both of them!!" ...Yeah, I wasn't a big fan of my kids watching that!  ...But still, I was really glad he kicked Mir's butt! A friend of ours is his head trainer, so we were really rootin' for him.

Yeah, I know that, but I suppose my comment made it sound like he was in the UFC.  But my kids like to watch both of them, especially when Lesnar was in the WWE and he use to wrestle against Jon Cena. They watch all the older video's on utube.

I made them my special "CARMEL BARS "  yesterday.

We brought our kids out to watch the last Lesnar fight, which was awesome by the way....all up until the part where he flipped off the crowd, ...which I really didn't appreciate my kids all seeing.  :queen2:  Let me get this straight.  Its OK to let the kids watch a fight and cheer the guys on but its not ok to let them see Brock stick his middle finger up in the air.  Its just a finger. LOL  OMG he swore with his finger. GG maybe you should call his mommy on him.

GG-

What's the over/under odds on the next black eye?  I'll bet that one occurs on Saturday Sept 26th.

And you may feel bad about the three leaving you... I just got my 1300 kids back at the high school I teach at... I would be happy to loan you a few hundred to help pass the time.....

Dakids,

I can't believe you actually made them "carmel bars"!  ...I'm completely impressed!   :woot:
And as for this statement by you:

"Let me get this straight.  Its OK to let the kids watch a fight and cheer the guys on but its not ok to let them see Brock stick his middle finger up in the air."

And Yes, that is exactly correct! ...I'm glad we got that straight!  ;D

And BigRed,

Well, the boy's did their first session last night down at the U with the School of Champions, so your bet could be pretty darn close on the next black eye! ...I'll be sure to keep you updated! ;D

...and, ...ah, I think I will have to pass on you loaning me a few hundred of your teenagers to pass the time!  ...I'm sure I can think of SOMETHING else to do, lol, but thanks anyway!!  :rotflmao:
