Ok...

This is the easiest way I have ever cooked pheasant and it was great. I took a bird home this weekend from the preserve. As soon as I got home I took the breast off of the bone and threw it in some marinade. I also did this with the legs. I marinated it for about 3 hours and threw it on the grill. Cooked it just perfect. The meat was moist and the taste was awesome!
 

How simple that was! Mmmmm now I need some more birds!
