Well folks... we need your help again!!

MNO has a weak spot for kids in need and a friend asked me if there was anything that we could do to help and I said you had better believe we can help!! So I am posting this here as an open invitation to help this little girl and her family out. I will post the info below. The wife of member Bowhunter73 is organizing this benefit and they are basically trying to get items for a silent auction they will be having in late February. All the info is below. You can post in this thread or contact Kristin directly.

Hello,

I would like to introduce you to Kendra Bardwell; she is the daughter of Dave and Shauna Bardwell, sister of Alyssa Bardwell age 4 and Jordan Reynolds age 14.





Kendra is 2 years old and was recently diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome (NS)/ Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and Thin Basement Membrane Disease (TBMD). This means that very soon, this beautiful little girl will need a kidney transplant.

Kendra spent many days in the hospital this past September. After many tests and a kidney biopsy, doctors were able to diagnose her with this rare disease. Kendra is currently under the care of her parents and a nurse who makes frequent visits to her home to check on her progress as they await further tests, treatment and inevitably a kidney transplant.  

A benefit is being held to raise funds for her rising medical expenses at The Mermaid Entertainment and Event Center's Atlantis Ball Room On Sunday February 28th from 1-6 PM.

During the activities, we will open a silent auction, in which guests will bid on various items and services. We are looking for donations to make the silent auction a success!
