Grouse hunting tomorrow.
How much work do you guys usually get done the day before a hunting trip? Personally....... I'm worthless.

I walked about 7 miles on Friday but it was well worth it. I had 15 flushes. (13 grouse and 2 woodcock) on Friday. This doesn't include the 7 grouse? I saw on the road driving around at lunch time. This is by far the best hunting I personally have experienced in all my years grouse hunting.?

Only saw 3 this weekend (all would have been great shots) heard a few more.  Hopefully next weekend when we have the guns up we will see them.   ::)
