Foot Lake Willmar
so whats the big deal about this lake? anyone fish this lake, my dad lives on the lake and has fished it last summer and winter with moderate success on the perch but not much else. but there was a ton of ppl lined along the roadway and on the dock with me seeing the DNR 4 different times with 2 being different DNR officers. anyone got the scoop on this lake?
