My brother called up and asked me to go pick shrooms after supper last night on a piece of private land.  We hit the mother LOAD.  We filled our bags in 5 minutes.  We have never seen so many.  We only covered an area the size of 2 parking spots.  We couldf see thousands everywhere. Since it was getting dark and we didn't have to worry about somebody else getting them we desided to come back in the morning.  We went out this morning to pick our bounty and were horified.  We were robbed by the masked bandits.  We saw about a dozen racoons running out of the grove and up the trees.  We could only find about a dozen morels that weren't half eaten.  I almost started to cry.  It felt like someone stole the x-mas present from under the tree.
Anything that is free is worth saving up for.

that sucks. sorry to hear that
Let the small bucks walk. Don't assume the neighbors will shoot them if you don't. If you shoot him what chance does that buck have to grow......ZERO!
