The daytime walleye bite has been right on this past week. The inshore areas are holding fish and get active when the wind blows.  We are making contact working live bait rigs with ½ oz weights and leeches. Look for fish on your sonar and mark the fish on your electronics with fish symbol icons. Drift these 16 to 22 feet hard bottom areas that look fishy and when you start catching pattern the fish on your electronics.  When making a drift try to keep your boat speed under .7 mph. To dial in on boat speed use a drift sock or up to 3 if needed.

Im still hanging out on browns in about 12 feet rocks i have caugh nothing but nice 15 inchers last night after the rain bout 9ish we caught about 8 and only threw back a few rock bass.
