The daytime walleye bite was going strong again this past week with water temps at 65.  Fish the inshore areas in 15 to 21 feet of water using live bait rigs with leeches to catch your slot fish (keepers).  Spinner rigs with a night crawler harness are starting to turn some walleyes.  Out on the mud flats the fish are hit and miss. Jump around and check the flats with your electronics until you are on them.

Good luck, be safe and we'll see you on the water.

I have a couple friends fishing out of the north end this week. Any general areas you would like to point them to?

Thanks!

Hi Bob, nice chating with you again on Friday or Saturday.

Lot's of fish were caught this weekend, the fish cleaning shack at Agate was bussy all weekend.
