The daytime walleye bite was off a bit this week with the help of Mother Nature. Water temps are at 68 degrees.   The live bait bite is still the way to go using leeches on rigs on the mud.    Crawlers with spinners are starting to put fish in the boat when the chop is down.   Get on the move and cover some ground to locate fish.   Use 1½ oz. bottom bouncer weights at a speed just over 1 mph.

Good luck, be safe and we’ll see you on the water!

Any small mouth action happining? I am going to toss a few plugs and spinners this weekend off some of the rock areas around Agate reef.

Not sure what to try but will figure something out.
