I would really love to try bear hunting. When does the season run in MN? Also when is baiting allowed? I heard in sconny you can bait all summer, but mn only allows baiting for a shorter period of time.

 Cool pictures though.

Wisconsin bear baiting is as follows:

"Bait for bear may be placed from April 15 through the end of bear hunting season."

Minnesota season and baiting:

"Season Dates: September 1 - October 17 and Baiting may not begin prior to August 13, 2010."
