a month and a half and these will not be considered rough fish anymore.
If a gun kills people then I can blame a pen for my misspells?

I think it is going to be just crazy there come opener. There is probably gonna be fights and everything. I know it is going to be a mess. Some guy will probably launch his boat and take 45 minutes getting his stuff ready that he could have done before he launched.

we will be changing our prices on the cabin and sleepers in the next week for summer and posting them

Ya 'spose?

Ah, amateur hour at its finest.

I wasn't planning to fish Red on opener, but now I'm thinking maybe I'll swing by with a lawn chair and cooler then just sit back and watch the FREE CIRCUS performance.

Anbody think I should bring the video camera?

I want to be part of the craziness!  It's history in the making.  Hopefully we have good weather.

Twenty years back, it was always crazy opening weekend at Red Lake.  It's nice to get back to the old days.  Waskish town of 100? turns into a town hosting thousand(s).
