Im a diehard fisherman I usually fish until the week before thanksgiving if the access is open and no ice. Alot of you guys here are in the hunting mode BUT I fish late as the bite can and is great. I also hunt and I try to get my time in for both.

Hit leech today the bite is really good now left with a nice limit and all the boats fishing in this area had limits and we had doubles as soon as the minnow hit the bottom. The other boats as I looked fishing this small area had fish on and the hot bite was on I left about 7pm.

The night bite should be getting real good water temp 52 degrees. Its fall fishing at its best now. Go

Fishing in 10 to 12 ft of water with a rainbow and a Northland green parrot jig 1/4 oz to 1/8oz the bite was hot at 540pm the depth finder was lit up with fish.

If you like to troll plugs with the full moon it should be great now until ice forms.

I released a number of fish over 20" as did the other boats it was a good day on Leech.

Ill be out tommorrow again at 9am frost on the boat now. Set the hook

Pics of a nice Leech Eye and a few in the well

Hit Leech today with Joe & Lauren. Lauren put some nice fish in the boat she had the biggest at 23 3/4 beauty.

Nice limit for three people. 15 to 17.5 " these fish are fat and feeding big time.

Bob, any word on the east side?   If the winds lay down I hope to hit the Battle point, Bear Island this weekend.  Plan is snapping shiners.

Havent been out since my last post boat is ready to go. Been busy getting ready for deer hunting.

Those areas should be good any rocks or shorelines around Bear Isalnd and also Sugar PT. The wind has been pounding those areas good. Snap jig those fish you should do great.

Good Luck
