After a long summer finishing the basement.  I have moved my deer mount to the basement (man cave)  I have added a little extras around the mount and am looking for some members opinions. Just realized that I need to dust.

Should I add more trees?
remove everything?
Lower the mount ?
Move the trees closer?
Add grass?
Add moss?
Add rocks?

I like the birch branches.  I would add some "canes" (tall grass with a bush on top) that grow in swamps.  Moss probable wouldn't last to long.  Too dry.  Great start to a real nice corner.

There are several great looking products on the market that could help you get the look you may want for under $100. They would attach to the back of your mount and take up much less space as well. Artificial limbs, rocks, pine branches, leaves, snow ect. All very realistic and no worries about the insects/critters you may drag in with less than perfectly prepared natural materials. Call me if you have any questions.

Forget the sticks unless you add more that he is hiding behind or peeking out of and put some camo behind the mount if you really mant to use a plant hang a sprig of clover from his mouth.

I'd try to get a few more bruisers up there next to him!  :green archer:
I think that would look way cool to have his brother on the adjacent wall.
Truly though, with the bare birch branches I would add some snowy rocks or something to accent the winter theme. Looks good either way!
