due to poor camera placement I had one picture of a buck that cut off everything above the ears.. so all I can see is browtines and the stem leading to the g2.. he's no monster but I always like seeing what's out there. I'll post it when I get home

I took my cams in 2 weeks before hunting. Don't like to scare them any more than I have to.

I will be getting my new camera in the mail tomorrow and I will be throwing it up in the woods over the winter to see what deer are still around for next year, and also to see how healthy the deer look.
For the time being it will be in the back yard to see what deer are running around back there - there is a really nice 10 pointer and some smaller bucks - but being in the metro, there is no hunting in the woods behind my house, I wish there was though.

nontypical -  ::welcome:: ::welcome:: to MNO and I hope you are able to put that nice deer on the ground!

Dont run my cameras much during the season. I did put out two and they both broke!  :banghead: I put on on a plot and rotated it a couple times but got nothing. Put one over a gut pile and the gut pile was stolen without a pic! Damn crappy Moultrie cams! And currently I have the peice of junk Moultrie over a scrape for the last week. If the cam works maybe i'll have a pic or too... It also looks over a heavily used trail so hopefully somethings on it. And thats about it  :happy1:

She loved the clover and rye grain till she met the .243

these are a little old but they are what keeps me on the stand when I'm cold and havn't seen anything for days.

Just got off of the phone with my brother who is at deer camp right now and he said the gut pile cam has pictures of eagles again. I will post them sunday night or monday after I close the season with, hopefully, a big buck on the buck pole.
