Pretty amazed at all the naysayers on this......

My guess is he shot it right in the metro, never gutted a deer/or didn't want to gut it in someones backyard, and brought it home the way it was.

When you don't care what the pictures look like, you'll have skeptics.

The right angle, the right lighting, and holding it out in front of yourself two feet with a finger, or hiding yourself behind it's body can make 110" deer look like an absolute monster.....right Tim?

None of which these guys did. This deer looks like it goes about 170-180 inches or better. Both guys had the animal tight to their bodies, which is a no-no when you want a 110" deer to look huge....maybe both guys are 6'5", who knows, just congratulate them and be happy for the hunter....otherwise I am sure there are a few other sites that won't give you crap for posting a picture.

the deer was taken about 25 miles north of the metro on private land the reason it is not gutted b4 leaving the woods was they want to keep as many predators away as possible guess it's been working good for them for some time now he is waiting for the official score on it and will let you know thanks for checking out the pics 22lex

That is quite a set on that deer. I have always hoped for a drop tine.
   As far as the small body goes no two of anything are the same. If I may quote Fawkinnae "We are all snowflakes".
  I do not gut my deer in the field either.  Not for predator reasons though. it is a heck of alot easier to hang em than wrestle with them on the ground. It also prevents contaminants from entering the body cavity during transport.
