MNO ice get together 2011 February 5th Clearwater Lake Annandale

Roll call for the 2011 MNO Ice Get together.  Saturday February 5th.  Clearwater lake.  10 am.

         My proposal is meet at BJ's Bait and tackle on the west side.  He has an access there.  I believe there is a 4$ charge per vehicle to use the landing.  There are 2 other accesses North and South of BJ's.  Clearwater can have sketchy ice all winter long so I want as much local direction as I can get.  I am hoping they can give us some areas to try.  There is a lot of structure on this lake so anything is possible.

        I will be bringing dogs and buns.
               We will need:    kick a$$ grill
                                     condiments
                                     chips
                                     jerky
                                     A head count so we know how big of a grill to bring.

         Sign up on this thread.  It's official.  General and upland should be able to make it now.

              Fawkinnae-good luck.  We understand the situation.   s  birthday is a legit excuse.  
              Everyone else get going on your honey do list right now.  You have 2 weeks to earn permission from your significant others to attend this event.  Look forward to seeing you all and taking Clearwater by force.

It looks like there is alot of structure to the lake, and they have some nice Pike and maybe a walleye here and there.  Should be a fun day!
Does anyone know a good spot on the lake?  -- Seems like any of the humps would be good.

     lentz-  Hang in there.  We would really like to have you there but because of liability we can't get you there.  Don't worry though.  There will be other get together's.  We have a great time all summer too  with the team fishing challenge.  We will follow up with pics .         The bear sticks sound good.

   Well it seems to work out for me now, count me in!!!    I will bring the coffee, and maybe I will cook something up and bring it out... Also since I seem to live the closest I could prolly go scout it out this weekend and through out next week.  My old man might even make it out since he use to know the lake pretty well being he grew up in clearwater.  I will keep you guys posted on the bite when I get out there this weekend.

I am unable to make it that weekend.I will be on the North Shore with the wife and some friends...There is gonna still be time for some of us to get out and fish on the ice this winter and I look forward to maybe getting a couple of us out again...
