Can you shoot red squirrels in Mn year round? I checked the state legislature web site and they are listed as a protected species along with fox and grey squirrels, however they are not listed in  the Dnr regulations as having a season, where as fox and grey squirrels do.

red squirrels tend to invade my hunting shack..I consider them to be rodents like mice or anything else that wants to damage my stuff.
