hitchin a portable to a sled

I got a question for you grand wizards of snowmobiles.
 How do you attach a plate or anything else to the back of a snowmachine in order to connect a portable fishhose. I am borrowing a sled and do not want to drill or alter the machine in any way. I was given permission to do whatever it takes to attach but I do not want to. What have you guys done?

   Do you have the hitch for the house?  Our sled has a pre-attached pin hole tab on the back.  It's an older sled but the tab works nice.  We have two tongue attachments for the house.  One is the pin attachment and the other is the ball hitch for the ATV.  If you don't have the tongue attachment for the porty rope will work if you are careful.

I have the tounge with all the accesories because I use it with my atv. And the rope thing is too dangerous. All his machine has is the bar accross the back.

I just used a solid eyebolt drilled through the bumper,  the clam hitch with pin works fine.  It's not a highly engineered method but it works and is cheap and quick.

thanks guys I ended up using a garage door special bracket I found at Fleet Farm. It slips over the rear bumper and secures with two set screws. I had to ream the hole for the hitch pin and round the corners of the tow bar a little and drill in a u bolt but it works like a champ without any drilling on the machine.
