Pheasant Opener
With the population supposed to be down big time this year, how'd everyone fair on opener?

Our group of 4 bagged 7 yesterday near Willmar!

We were 4 for 2 guys yesterday however we hunted all day and worked hard for them.  I'm also hunting prime land and it's going to be a tough year.

I talked to a buddy who got out over the weekend and he said he flushed 4 birds total. Three hens and one rooster. Didn't get a shot at the rooster.I was planning on going out with him this week but he said from what he seen over the weekend its no where near what it was last year and since we would be hunting public land it may not be worth the trip.
