The 2011 MN firearms deer opener is a little over a week away.  Where do you plan to hunt this year?

Unlike you lucky guys who can pick any spot in the state to hunt, I am pretty much stuck with hunting my own property in Morrison county.  :taz: :campfire:

Handle every stressful situation like a dog.  If
you can't eat it or hump it.

Piss on it and walk away

Longville.  We are on our third patch of woods in 30 years.  It is tough hunting, and we never see lots of deer, but the camaraderie keeps us going back.

First weekend will be in Plummer MN. The third weekend will be in Backus MN. The second weekend I have a bow hunt in Crow Hassen park.
If today was perfect. There would be no need for tomorrow.

Hunting is not life and death. It is more important than that.
